LIFE IN LAKE ARROWHEAD

Living in the Lake Arrowhead area is the dream of many in Southern California. We realized that dream 11 years ago. What a great choice it was. In these few years we have found it easy to make real friends and become a part of the community. I now serve on the Boards of the Arrowhead Arts Association and the Burnt Mill Canyon Land Association and my wife, Jody, is active in several mountain organizations.

My earlier background includes UCLA Business School, three years as an Air Force officer and a business career in financial management. This included several years managing operations for a major trust company, starting a life insurance company and then serving as its CFO.

I offer complete Real Estate Services, Listing and Sales in the Lake Arrowhead Area along with The Mountain Resorts. I’ve been a Lake Arrowhead Resident for 20+ years with 20 years in the Real Estate field in Lake Arrowhead. I have been in the Mortgage Origination Business for 17 years and been through many a Real Estate Cycles.

Ken Hunter moved to Lake Arrowhead in 1979 upon the invitation to go up to the mountains to help a friend build a new home. He was stunned by the beauty of this area and couldn't wait to get back up again, this time to make the area his home.

From 1979 to 1985 Ken worked as a carpenter, building many of the local homes in the area. In 1985 he obtained his General Contractors license and began his own construction company.

In 1992, Ken worked to obtain his real estate salesperson license and started his real estate career in the midst of a deep economic recession. Later, he obtained his real estate brokers license and opened what is now Mountain Life Realty in Blue Jay, California.

Ken's heavy local construction background has been beneficial to his real estate clients as well. He continues, to this day, to enjoy both selling real estate and building new custom homes for preferred clients.

As a life long resident of the San Bernardino Mountains Josh is extremely knowledgeable about Lake Arrowhead and its surrounding communities. This Lake Arrowhead native will listen carefully to your wants and needs and will go the extra mile for his clients. Aside from his pleasant and easy going demeanor, Josh is professional and punctual and holds ethics and integrity as a priority.

Barry has enjoyed the Lake Arrowhead area for decades as his parents & grandparents owned their vacation homes here since the ‘60's. Barry honeymooned here back in 1989 & finally moved up “full-time” with his wife & their 3 children. Their hobbies are obviously Mountain-based and range from Hiking, Biking, fishing, Skiing & camping in the San Bernardino Mountains.
